摘要 针对目前应用最广泛的熔融沉积3D打印产品力学性能呈现明显各向异性的问题进行工艺优化研究,使用环氧树脂作为充填材料注入到内部填充密度10%的打印试样中,并分别与内部填充密度为10%且实心的试样进行力学性能对比测试,试验结果表明在熔融沉积3D打印产品内部空腔内注入充填环氧树脂能够提高其沉积方向的强度,并且打印效率高于实心打印的产品。 In view of the obvious anisotropy of the mechanical properties of the most widely used FDM 3D printing products,the process optimization research was carried out.Epoxy resin was used as the filling material to inject into the printing samples with the internal filling density of 10%,the mechanical properties of above samples and samples with the internal filling density of 10%without epoxy and the solid samples were tested respectively.The test results showed that the epoxy resin filled in the inner cavity of FDM 3D printing products can improve the strength of the deposition direction,and the printing efficiency is higher than that of the solid printing products.
