基于对民机制造现场物流运行管理的实践需求和问题,基于MOM平台,定义民机制造现场的物流运行管理建设目标,设计物流运行管理方案,包括应用架构与核心功能。通过本方案可以优化生产物料出入库管理、生产线边仓库管理、生产物料配送管理等,结合应用现代物流自动化高新技术,提高生产现场的场内物流保障水平,从而支持国产民机的批产提速。

Based on demands and problems in civil aircraft manufacturing site,the logistics operation management is studied based on MOM.The objective of research is defined.And the conceptual design of logistics operation is designed which includes application architecture and core functions.And it lays a foundation for improving batch production speed of civil aircraft manufacturing.
