工匠精神与高职通识教育融合困境及对策分析 被引量:2

摘要 工匠精神与高职通识教育在培育目的和培育内容上具有共同点,两者关系密切。通过制定人才培养方案、改革课程教育教学、实践活动体验、行为习惯养成等工作,把工匠精神融入高职通识教育,有助于将学生工匠精神养成贯穿于高职人才培养全过程,有助于学生整体素质提升。 The spirit of craftsman and the general education of higher vocational colleges have something in common in the purpose and content of cultivation,and they are closely related to each other.There are many shortcomings in cultivating craftsman spirit of students in higher vocational colleges.From the talent training program,curriculum education and teaching,practical activitiy experience,daily behavior habit formation and other aspects,the craftsman spirit is integrated into the general education of higher vocational colleges.The in⁃tegration will help to cultivate the craftsman spirit of the students throughout the whole process of the higher vo⁃cational talents training,and contribute to the improvement of the overall quality of students.
