摘要
了解幼儿教师的安全感状况,为促进幼儿教师的心理健康发展提供依据。方法:采用安全感量表调查了山西省晋城市249名幼儿教师。结果:安全感量表评分在婚否、工作年限、是否示范园、学历、职称各变量上差异达到统计学显著水平,未婚者高于已婚者,工作6~10年者高于其他工作年限者,非示范园者高于示范园者,中专学历者高于其他学历者,未定级者高于其他职称者。结论:幼儿教师的安全感处于中等水平;幼儿教师的安全感受到工作年限、园等级、婚否、学历、职称等因素的影响。
Objectives:To learn about the state of kindergarten teachers’sense of security,and to provide basis for improving their mental health development.Method:Security questionnaire(SQ)was used for the sur⁃vey of 249 kindergarten teachers in Jincheng of Shanxi Province.Results:With regard to the sense of security,differences showed by the SQ scores reached the level of statistical significance on the variables such as marital status,years of working,being demonstration kindergarten or not,educational background and professional title,wherein single teachers scored higher than married ones,teachers with 6 to 10 years’working experience scored higher than others,teachers from non-demonstration kindergartens scored higher than those from demon⁃stration kindergartens,teachers with technical secondary school education scored higher than others,and teach⁃ers of no title scored higher than those with different professional titles.Conclusion:kindergarten teachers’sense of security was at the medium level;their sense of security was influenced by the length of service,kin⁃dergarten’s level,marital status,educational background and the professional titles.
