美国教育政策循证研究的理论与实践:对中国的启示 被引量:6

The Theory and Practice of Evidence-based Research in American Educational Policy: Implications for China

摘要 文章对2002-2017年间美国教育和政策研究领域中12种有代表性的学术期刊的研究论文类型和发表要求进行了可视化分析,基于美国教育政策领域中循证研究兴起的背景、证据类型和证据链检验标准,提出我国教育政策制定和研究过程中应重视循证研究理念,提高教育决策质量;加强教育政策智库建设,保证高质量的政策证据;政策类学术期刊重视循证研究,提升教育研究的科学性和权威性。 This paper presents a visual analysis of research types and publication requirements of 12 representative academic journals in the field of education and policy research in the United States from 2002 to2017. The background, evidence types and evidence chain testing criteria of evidence-based research in the field of American education policy research are also discussed. Based on the above analysis, the following suggestions are offered: in the process of formulating and researching educational policy in China, we should pay more attention to the evidence-based research and improve the quality of educational decision-making;the think tanks in the field of educational policy should advocate for high quality policy evidence;academic journals on educational policy should promote evidence-based research and enhance the scientific nature of educational research.
