空心柴胡的生药学研究

Pharmacognostical Study on Bupleurum Longicaule Var. Franchetii

目的对伞形科植物空心柴胡(Bupleurum longicaule var.Franchetii)进行生药学研究。方法本研究采用基源鉴别、药材性状鉴别、显微鉴别对空心柴胡鉴别特征进行研究;薄层色谱结合HPLC对其有效成分进行定性定量鉴别。结果空心柴胡药材性状特征、粉末、根及根茎横切面显微特征均较明显,薄层色谱展开分离结果较好,其有效活性成分柴胡皂苷a、柴胡皂苷d的含量较高。结论本研究可为空心柴胡的品种鉴别、质量评价、质量标准的制订及进一步开发利用提供一定的参考。

OBJECTIVE To make pharmacognostical study on the umbelliferae Bupleurum longicaule var.Franchetii.METHODS In this study,the identification characteristics of Bupleurum longicaule var.Franchetii were studied by primary appraisement,medicinal material identification and microscopical identification.In addition,TLC combined with HPLC were adopted to identify its active ingredients qualitatively and quantitatively.RESULTS The characteristics of medicinal properties,the microscopic characteristics of the powder and the transverse section of radix and rhizoma were all obvious,and the result of TLC was good.The effective active components of saikosaponin a and saikosaponin d had high content.CONCLUSION This study can provide reference for the identification,quality evaluation,quality standard formulation and further development and utilization of Bupleurum longicaule var.Franchetii.
