杭州地铁车辆“均衡修”维修模式研究与实践

Research and practice of Balanced Repair maintenance mode for metro vehicles in Hangzhou

目前全国地铁车辆的维修模式多采用按运行里程和时间进行“计划性维修”,即传统的“日检、月检、三月检、年检”模式。通过调研国内外地铁的相关检修经验并根据杭州地铁运营生产实际情况,提出了新型“均衡修”模式,分析地铁车辆“均衡修”模式较传统“计划性维修”模式的优势,并通过对试修期间的故障追踪和可靠性评估,验证杭州地铁车辆采用“均衡修”模式的可行性。

At present,the maintenance mode of metro vehicles in China mostly adopts the Planned Maintenance mode based on running mileage and time,that is,the traditional Daily Inspection,Monthly Inspection,Threemonth Inspection and Annual Inspection.Based on the investigation of the relevant maintenance experience of metros in China and other countries as well as the actual situation of Hangzhou metro operation,this paper proposes a new type of Balanced Maintenance mode,andanalyzes the advantages of the vehicle Balanced Maintenance mode over the traditional Planned Maintenance mode,and verifies the feasibility of adopting the Balanced Maintenance mode for Hangzhou metro vehicles through the fault tracking and reliability evaluation during the trial maintenance.
