摘要
在土压平衡式盾构施工过程中,通过对渣土进行改良,改善渣土塑性、流动性,降低渣土的透水性,使之具有良好的塑性变形、软稠度、小内摩擦角及低渗透率。渣土改良效果对降低工程造价、提高工程施工进度都有着决定性的作用。文章通过对西安地铁5号线TJSG-3标段粉质黏土改良情况进行分析研究,并通过不同渣土改良方案的实施对比,提出合理的渣土改良技术方案,施工的实施结果验证了技术方案的可行性。
In the process of EPB shield construction,through the improvement of muck,the plasticity and fluidity of muck are improved,and the permeability of muck is reduced,so that it has good plastic defornation,soft consistency,small internal friction angle and small permeability.The improvement effect of slag soil plays a decisive role in reducing the project cost and improving the construction progress.Based on the analysis of the improvement of silty clay in TJSG-3 bid section of Xi’an metro line 5,and through the comparison of the implementation of different improvement schemes,the paper puts forward a feasible technical scheme for the improvement of slag soil,and the implementation results verify the feasibility of the technical scheme.
