叠片弹簧减振器簧组动态特性测试与分析

摘要 为了掌握法国进口叠片弹簧减振器的扭振特性,专门设计测试工装,对减振器单个簧组进行静、动态特性测试。从静态测试得到簧组在各个测试角度下的静刚度,从动态测试得到的动刚度拟合出簧组动刚度变化的公式,直观地描述该簧组在轴系扭振中的刚度变化特性,为接下来进一步掌握整个叠片式减振器的扭振特性奠定基础。通过此次测试,已清晰了解该型减振器的工作特性,为该型减振器减振性能的评估提供新的依据。 In order to grasp the torsional vibration characteristics of a laminated spring shock absorber imported from France,a special test tooling was designed to test the static and dynamic characteristics of each single spring group of the shock absorber.The static stiffness of the spring group at each test angle was obtained from the static test.The formula for the dynamic stiffness changing of the spring was fitted according to the measured dynamic stiffness,which intuitively described the stiffness variation characteristics of the spring in the torsional vibration of the shaft system.Meanwhile,it laid the foundation for further grasping the torsional vibration characteristics of the laminated spring shock absorber.Through this test,the working characteristics of the shock absorber were clearly understood,which provided a new basis for the evaluation of the vibration damping performance of this type of shock absorbers.
