颗粒级配对弥散型刚玉质透气砖材料性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为提高弥散型透气砖用耐火材料的力学性能和透气度,延长其使用寿命,以粒度为1.25~1、0.5~0.3、0.2~0.09 mm的电熔白刚玉为骨料,以广西白泥、氧化铝微粉、氧化铬微粉为细粉,制备了弥散型刚玉质透气砖,研究了骨料颗粒级配对其性能的影响。结果表明:试样的常温强度和高温抗折强度随着大颗粒含量的增加而降低,随着小颗粒含量的增加而增加。当固定小颗粒为10%(w)时,随着大颗粒含量增加,试样的显气孔率、透气度和抗热震性均提高。在试验范围内,大颗粒与中颗粒质量比为3060时,刚玉质透气砖材料的综合性能较好。 In order to improve the mechanical properties and air permeability of refractories for dispersive purging plugs and to prolong their service life,specimens were prepared using white fused corundum particles(1.25-1,0.5-0.3,and 0.2-0.09 mm)as aggregates,and Guangxi white clay,ultrafine alumina and chromium oxide micropowder as fines.Effects of the particle size distribution on the properties of corundum based dispersive purging plugs were studied.The results show that the cold strength and hot modulus of rupture of the specimens decrease with the large particle content increasing and increase with the small particle content increasing.When the small particle content is 10 mass%,the apparent porosity,air permeability and thermal shock resistance of the specimens increase with the large particle content increasing.In this experiment,when the mass ratio of large particle to medium particle is 3060,the comprehensive performance of the corundum based purging plugs is better.
