摘要 为探讨CA2制品在铝工业中应用的可能性,在以电熔白刚玉、活性α-Al 2O 3微粉、Secar 71水泥、硅微粉为基础配方的刚玉浇注料中,采用CA2骨料、细粉取代同粒径的电熔白刚玉,研究CA2加入量(其质量分数分别为0、15%、35%、55%、88%)对浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:随着CA2加入量增加,试样的体积密度降低,显气孔率升高,线膨胀系数和热导率降低;添加CA2的试样经110℃烘干后的强度最高,随着热处理温度升高,试样强度下降;适量的CA2可以显著改善浇注料的抗热震性;CA2能够显著改善浇注料的抗熔融铝合金侵蚀性能,试样的侵蚀率随CA2加入量的增加而降低。 In order to explore the possibility of CA 2 products application in aluminum industry,CA 2 aggregates and fines were used to replace the white fused corundum with the same particle size in the basic formulation of corundum castables(white fused corundum,reactiveα-Al 2O 3 micropowder,Secar 71 cement,and microsilica).Effects of the CA 2 additions(0,15%,35%,55%and 88%,by mass)on the properties of the castables were researched.The results show that with the CA 2 addition increasing,the bulk density,the linear expansion coefficient and the thermal conductivity decrease,but the apparent porosity increases;the strength of the specimens added with CA 2 after drying at 110℃is the highest,and the strength decreases with the heat treating temperature rising;a suitable addition of CA 2 can significantly improve the thermal shock resistance of the castables;CA 2 can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of the corundum castables to molten aluminum alloy,and the corrosion rate decreases with the CA 2 addition increasing.
