基于自然语言处理的电信系统热点问题的提取

摘要 在电信运营商日常生产经营的过程中,会收到大量客户咨询问题。快速准确的提取热点问题,能够让企业迅速提升服务质量从而实现更好的盈利。本文采用无监督的方式建立模型并运用自然语言处理中的自动分词、文本分类、信息抽取三个方向的技术,对问题进行聚类进而提取热点问题。相比之前的研究,在同样的热点问题提取效果下,该方法极大节约了打标签时间。研究发现,仅需大约2分10秒就可以从66582条文本中提取出81.33%的热点问题。
