Analysis of Influencing Factors of Expressway Financial Benefits

该文从经济评价角度,以财务内部收益率、财务净现值为主要指标,定量分析各因素变化对高速公路财务效益的影响,分析表明交通量、收费标准、收费期限与财务效益呈“正相关”关系,投资规模与财务效益呈“负相关”关系,投资结构与财务效益无明确相关关系,并辅以案例说明影响因素分析在高速公路项目投资决策方案比选中的重要作用。

From the perspective of economic evaluation,Financial Internal Rate of Return and Financial Net Present Value are used as the main indicators to quantitatively analyze the impact of changes in various factors on the financial efficiency of expressways.The analysis results show that the traffic volume,toll standards,toll period and financial benefits have a"positive correlation"relationship,the investment scale and financial benefits have a"negative correlation"relationship,and there is no clear correlation between the investment structure and financial benefits.At last,through case study to confirm the importance of influencing factor analysis in making investment decision for expressway projects.
