阿托伐他汀钙与瑞舒伐他汀对比治疗高脂血症的疗效观察

Clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium versus rosuvastatin in treatment of hyperlipidemia

目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙与瑞舒伐他汀对比治疗高脂血症的疗效以及对肝肾功能、心肌酶和血糖的影响。方法收集68例高脂血症患者的临床资料,分为阿托伐他汀组34例和瑞舒伐他汀组34例。比较二组高脂血症患者治疗前后的甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、总胆红素、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、碱性磷酸酶、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、尿酸、肌酐、尿素氮和空腹血糖。结果二组患者治疗后的甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白与治疗前相比均有明显下降(P<0.05);而治疗后高密度脂蛋白、空腹血糖和心肌酶与治疗前相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙与瑞舒伐他汀降低甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白效果相当,而对肝、肾功能、心肌酶谱和血糖影响较小。

Objective Toinvestigate the clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium versus rosuvastatin in the treatment of hyperlipidemia and their influence on hepatic and renal function,myocardial enzyme,and blood glucose.Methods The clinical data of 68 patients with hyperlipidemia were collected,and these patients were divided into atorvastatin calcium group and rosuvastatin group,with 34 patients in each group.The two groups were compared in terms of triglyceride,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein,high-density lipoprotein,total bilirubin,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase,lactate dehydrogenase,creatine kinase,creatine kinase-MB,uric acid,creatinine,urea nitrogen,and fasting blood glucose before and after treatment.Results Both groups had significant reductions in triglyceride,total cholesterol,and low-density lipoprotein after treatment(P<0.05),while there were no significant changes in high-density lipoprotein,fasting blood glucose,and myocardial enzyme after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium and rosuvastatin have a similar effect in reducingtriglyceride,total cholesterol,and low-density lipoprotein,with little influence on liver and renal function,myocardial zymogram,and blood glucose.
