摘要
机电安装工程中,采用BIM软件能够在三维效果下呈现整个机电安装工程中管线的实际情形,然后调整、优化并变更施工方案,使图纸满足实际生产需求。研究从BIM三维模型中提取数据,参照相关技术规范计算,得出用于指导风管自动化生产的实际参数。并将数据以代数矩阵的形式存储于上位机的存储器之中,工业计算机协调并控制2条流水线中工业机床,按照编程设定的工序最终生产出合格风管。在全程自动化控制技术的参与下,大幅度提升技术指标,增加经济效益。
In electrical installation and mechanical engineering, it is easy to simulate the actual situation of mechanical and electrical installation project with the three-dimensional effect of BIM software modeling technology,and then to adjust,optimize and change the construction scheme, for meeting the actual production needs. Extracting data from the three-dimensional model of BIM was focused,and the actual parameters which refer to relevant technical specifications were calculated,for guiding the automatic production of ventilation and air-conditions tube.By Storing the data in the memory of PC in the form of algebraic matrix, the PC coordinate and control the industrial machine tools in 2 pipelines,the wind pipe automation production platform produces qualified air ducts according to the programming procedures.With the participating of the whole process automation control technology, the technology improves technical indicators and economic benefits greatly.
