摘要
为促进煤矿各项生产环节区域完善,确保煤矿开采安全稳定,减少人力成本,以S7-300 PLC处理器为例,详细分析了煤矿机电系统控制中PLC技术的应用。应用结果表明:系统可实现运行平稳,启动及使用总冲击电流小,克服了传统机电控制模式弊端,减小了井下瓦斯、煤尘等对生产的影响,保障生产安全,提高了煤矿机电控制效率及质量,具有可推广价值。
In order to improve the production areas of coal mines, ensure the safety and stability of coal mining and reduce labor costs, the practical application of PLC technology in coal mine electromechanical system contro was analyzed. Took S7-300 PLC processor as an example to analyze PLC in coal mine. The application results show that the electromechanical control system runs smoothly, the system has a small total impact current and can run smoothly, overcome the drawbacks of the traditional electromechanical control mode, and the impact of underground gas and coal dust on the production is greatly reduced. The efficiency and quality are greatly improved, and the production is stable and safe, and have the value of promotion.
