摘要 随着船闸控制自动化控制程度提高,PLC也普遍应用在船闸控制中。介绍了北江航道濛浬枢纽二线船闸电气控制系统总体拓朴结构及硬件选型配置方案,基于施耐德M580系列PLC,根据Unity Pro软件支持的不同编程语言的特点,采用结构化编程方法,完成了人字闸门变速及同步、上下闸首通信检测、船闸自动流程控制等逻辑功能控制程序,同时设计了组态现地触摸屏人机界面,整个系统实现了现地和远方监测控制、操作权限分配,事件记录查询等各种功能,并成功通过了实船试验。 With the improvement of navigation lock control automation,the application of PLC in navigation lock control is more common. The general topological structure and hardware configuration scheme of the second-line navigation lock electrical control system in Mengli Junction of North River Channel were describes. Based on Schneider M580 series PLC,according to the characteristics of different programming languages supported by Unity Pro software, the structured programming method was adopted to complete a series of logic function control programs, such as speed change and synchronization of gate, communication detection of upper and lower lock heads, automatic process control of navigation lock. The man-machine interface of touch screen was designed. The whole system realizes various functions,such as monitoring control,operation authority allocation,event recording and inquiry,etc.,and successfully passes the real ship test.
