摘要 传统煤矿变电站存在安全可靠性差、智能化程度低、维护工作量大等问题,无法满足煤矿电力网络安全、稳定、经济运行的要求。利用计算机技术、自动控制技术、网络通信技术,结合变电站需求,设计了一套综合自动化系统,具体阐述了系统的总体设计方案以及硬件设计思路,并设计了上位机监控软件。现场运行结果表明:该系统大大提高了工作效率与自动化水平,对煤矿变电站综合自动化系统的研究与设计具有一定的指导意义。 Traditional coal mine substations have problems such as poor safety and reliability, low intelligence, and large maintenance workload, which cannot meet the requirements of safe, stable and economic operation of coal mine power networks. Using computer technology, automatic control technology, network communication technology, combined with substation requirements, a comprehensive automation system was designed. The overall design scheme and hardware design ideas of the system were expounded, and the upper computer monitoring software was designed. The field operation results show that the system greatly improves the work efficiency and automation level, and has certain guiding significance for the research and design of the coal mine substation integrated automation system.
