摘要
为及时准确地检测矿用高压柜隔离开关触头温度,有效防范因高压开关触头过热而引发矿井供电系统短路故障,甚至出现电气火灾的危险,开发了一种矿用高压柜隔离开关触头温度检测系统,具体介绍了设计过程中应选用的设计方案,需解决的重点问题,分析了系统结构及具体检测过程,并通过试验验证了该高压柜隔离开关触头温度检测系统传感器的可靠度、信号传输的可靠度以及数据存储的可靠性,经实际验证,该温度检测系统运行安全、稳定,能很好地满足矿用高压柜隔离开关触头温度日常检测需求,具有一定的推广应用价值。
In order to detect the contact temperature of the disconnector of the high-voltage cabinet in time and accurately, and effectively prevent the short circuit fault of the power supply system in the mine caused by the overheated contact of the high-voltage switch, and even the danger of electrical fire, a contact temperature detection system of the disconnector of the high-voltage cabinet in the mine is developed. the design scheme to be selected and the key problems to be solved in the design process were introduced, the system structure and the specific detection process were analyzed, and the reliability of the sensor, the reliability of signal transmission and the reliability of data storage of the contact temperature detection system of the disconnector of the high-voltage cabinet were verified through the test. The experiment shows that the temperature detection system is safe and stable, which can meet the daily detection needs of the contact temperature of the disconnector in the high voltage cabinet, and has a certain application value.
