摘要
针对钻孔机手动拖板定位精度不高、加工进给量不均匀、加工零件表面粗糙度较大且加工效率低等诸多不足,对手动拖板进行优化改进,设计一套拖板自动进给机构,基于此自动进给机构提高零件加工质量及自动化程度,降低加工难度,通过仿真软件设计、实际加工零件进行验证机构的设计可行性和先进性。
In view of the disadvantages of the drilling machine’s manual carriage, such as low positioning accuracy, uneven machining feed, large surface roughness of machining parts and low machining efficiency, the manual carriage is optimized and improved, and a set of automatic carriage feed mechanism is designed. Based on this automatic carriage mechanism, the machining quality and automation degree of parts are improved, and the machining difficulty is reduced. The parts are designed and actually processed by simulation software to verify the design feasibility and advancement of the mechanism.
