摘要
冲压模具寿命是一个重要的研究和发展课题。结合工作实际,从冲压模具的主要失效形式、影响冷冲压模具寿命的主要因素、提高冷冲压模具寿命的方法和措施等方面进行了分析研讨。通过分析影响冲压模具寿命的原因,对其正常使用寿命进行研究,针对冲压模具的设计、选材、装配和热处理工艺等方面采取合理措施,有效提高冲压模具的使用寿命。
Stamping die life is an important research and development topic.The main failure modes of stamping dies, the main factors affecting the life of cold stamping dies, the methods and measures to improve the life of cold stamping dies are analyzed and discussed. By analyzing the reasons affecting the service life of stamping die, the normal service life of stamping die was studied. Reasonable measures were taken for the design, material selection,assembly and heat treatment process of stamping die to effectively improve the service life of stamping die.
