摘要 针对目前大多煤矿的刮板输送机采用的减速器结构传动性能差的情况,设计了一种基于SGZ800/800型刮板输送机的行星齿轮减速器,采用水平布置方式、一级弧形锥齿传动与二级行星齿轮传动的结构,实现电机到刮板输送机的传动功能。根据电机的功率与转速分别设计了行星齿轮传动的高速级与低速级部分,并根据工况与设计要求设计选型了行星架和连接部分。在保留了传统减速器节省空间的优点的同时,降低了设备的故障率,提高了传动性能。 In view of the poor transmission performance of the reducer structure used in most coal mine scraper conveyors, a planetary gear reducer based on SGZ800/800 scraper conveyor was designed, which adopted horizontal arrangement, first-order arc. The structure of the bevel gear transmission and the secondary planetary gear transmission realized the transmission function of the motor to the scraper conveyor. According to the power and speed of the motor, the high-speed and low-speed parts of the planetary gear transmission were designed respectively, and the planet carrier and the connecting part were designed according to the working conditions and design requirements. The speed reducer reduced the failure rate of the device and improved the transmission performance while retaining the space saving effect of the conventional reducer.
