摘要
职业院校技能大赛高职组注塑模具赛项受限于现场条件,注塑试模时不接通冷却水,且要求加工完成的成型零件必须与模具设计一致,所以参赛队员都采用简单的冷却管道布局,既不影响最终的塑件质量,又节省冷却系统的分析、设计、加工、装配的时间以便完成其它任务。作者经过精确测算,对型芯镶块采用隔水板冷却方式,使冷却系统设计趋于合理。多消耗的时间约为15分钟,能在大赛规定的时间内完成所有任务,在预期取得更好成绩的同时,更贴近企业生产实际。
The injection mold competition of the vocational college skill contest is limited by the on-site conditions,the cooling water is not connected during the injection mold test,and the finished parts must be consistent with the mold design,so the participants all adopt a simple cooling pipe layout,which not only does not affect the final quality of the plastic parts,but also saves the time of analysis,design,processing and assembly of the cooling system in order to complete other tasks.After accurate calculation,the author adopts the water barrier cooling method for the core insert,which makes the design of the cooling system more reasonable.The extra time is about 15 minutes,and it can complete all the tasks within the time specified in the competition,which is not only expected to achieve better results,but also closer to the actual production of the enterprise.
