摘要
在数控机床中,主轴是整个系统的核心单位,为了能够更加精准的定位以及反馈速度,需要在主轴电机上安装编码器,目的就是为了检测主轴转速、反馈位置、准停控制等。随着机械自动化的发展,当前主轴编码器主要采用的是直连式,这种相对于传统的编码器其特点就是结构简单、稳定性好、成本低、准确度高等。文章就主要以该种编码器为核心,详细地阐述如何对数控机床主轴编码器安装结构优化设计及改进。
In CNC machine tools,the spindle is the core unit of the whole system.In order to be able to more accurate positioning and feedback speed,it is necessary to install an encoder on the spindle motor,in order to detect the spindle speed,feedback position,quasi stop control,etc.With the development of mechanical automation,the current spindle encoder mainly adopts the direct connection type,which is characterized by simple structure,good stability,low cost and high accuracy compared with the traditional encoder.This paper mainly takes this kind of encoder as the core,and expounds in detail how to optimize the design and improvement of the installation structure of the spindle encoder of CNC machine tools.
