建设项目水土保持方案编制疑难点分析

目前,伴随经济的不断增长,各种建设项目也在快速增大规模及数量。在建设项目中,作为必备文件之一,保持水土的方案在水土保护、避免流失水土等工作中的作用也越来越突出,并且也引起了有关方面的高度重视,但在编制的过程中也不乏较难处理的内容。为此,文章从建设项目出发,针对编制保持水土方案的意义、疑难点展开了分析,仅供参考。
