摘要
采用绿泥岩粉等质量取代机制砂,研究了机制砂中绿泥岩粉含量对混凝土自收缩、抗压强度、抗氯离子渗透性以及抗盐冻等性能的影响。结果表明:石粉会增加混凝土的早期自收缩,且随石粉含量的增多混凝土自收缩逐渐增大;石粉含量小于5%时,对混凝土抗压强度的发展有利,但含量达到10%时,石粉会减缓混凝土抗压强度的发展速率;机制砂中石粉含量对混凝土的抗盐冻性能有影响,随着石粉含量的增加,混凝土表面剥蚀量先减小,后增加。
The effect of green mudstone powder content on the properties of concrete,such as self-shrinkage,compressive strength,chloride permeability and salt-freezing resistance,were studied.The results show that the stone powder can increase the early self-shrinkage of concrete,and with the increase of the stone powder content,the concrete self-shrinkage increases gradually.When the content of stone powder is less than 5%,it is beneficial to the development of concrete compressive strength,but when the content reaches 10%,stone powder will slow down the development rate of concrete compressive strength.There is an optimal content of stone powder in the manufactured sand to influence the salt and frost resistance of concrete.With the increase of stone powder content,the surface erosion of concrete decreases first and then increases.
