EPS-磷石膏复合体系浆体流变性调控研究

摘要 研究羟丙基甲基纤维素醚(HPMC)对发泡聚苯乙烯-磷石膏(EPS-磷石膏)复合浆体流变性、孔结构以及力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,随着HPMC掺量增加,浆体的屈服应力与塑性粘度逐渐增加,基本呈线性关系,并利用Bingham模型对浆体流变曲线进行拟合,拟合效果较好;石膏浆体的孔结构、力学性能得到改善;提出了针对EPS-磷石膏复合浆体的最佳HPMC掺量为0.20%,此时复合浆体中的EPS泡沫颗粒分布均匀,复合浆体的流动度和粘度得到改善,提高了EPS-石膏复合浆体的稳定性。 The effect of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether(HPMC)on rheological properties,pore structure and mechanical properties of EPS-phosphorus gypsum composite paste were studied.The results show that with the increase of HPMC content,the yield stress and plastic viscosity of paste increase gradually,showing a linear relationship.The Bingham model is used to fit the rheological curve of gypsum paste,and the fitting effect is better.The pore structure and mechanical properties of gypsum paste are improved.The optimum HPMC content for EPS-phosphorus gypsum composite slurry is 0.20%.At this time,the EPS foam particles in the composite slurry are evenly distributed,the fluidity and viscosity of the composite slurry are improved,and the stability of EPS-gypsum composite slurry is improved.
