高等教育国际化的策略研究——以新加坡南洋理工大学为例

Research on the Strategy of Internationalization of Higher Education——Taking Nanyang Technological University as an Example

高等教育国际化进入新的发展阶段,国际化发展模式成为研究人员探讨的主要问题。以新加坡南洋理工大学为例,通过分析国际化要素、动因以及国际化发展模式,探讨该校国际化发展路径,提出顶层宏观规划构建资金多元化渠道、实施人才引进与培育计划、推进国际化科研合作平台建设、实施开放合作战略、进行行政体制改革等措施,旨在对我国"双一流"大学建设提供参考。

Internationalization of higher education has entered a new stage of development,and the international development model has become the main issue for researchers. Taking Nanyang Technological University as an example,this paper explores the internationalization development path by analyzing international factors,motivation and international development model,and proposes the top-level macro-planning to construct a diversified channel for capital,implement the talent introduction and cultivation plan. Measures such as the construction of scientific research cooperation platform,implementation of open cooperation strategy,and reform of administrative system can also adopted to provide reference for China’s "double first-class" construction.
