肺灌洗液分析在几种职业性肺病中的应用及研究进展

Application and research progress of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid analysis in several occupational lung diseases

支气管肺泡灌洗作为肺部疾病的一种有效的诊断与治疗手段,近年来已广泛应用于尘肺病及肺泡蛋白沉积症的治疗,以清除吸入肺内的粉尘、气道分泌物、炎症细胞、细胞因子等。随着职业病目录的修订,职业性肺病(OLD)诊断难度的提高,肺灌洗液分析在OLD诊疗中的应用日益增多,现将肺灌洗液在OLD中的应用及研究进展进行综述。

Bronchoalveolar lavage is an effective diagnose and treatment method for lung diseases and in recent years,this method has been widely employed to treat pneumoconiosis and pulmonary alveolar proteinosis for reducing the intrapulmonary dust,airway secretions,inflammatory cells and cytokines,etc.With revising of occupational disease catalogue and the diagnosis difficulties of occupational lung diseases(OLD)increase,the application of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid analysis in the diagnosis and treatment of OLD increases day by day.At present the application and research progress of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid analysis in OLD is reviewed.
