摘要
振动舒适度是评价车辆运行品质的重要指标之一。国际标准化组织用于评价人体对振动频率敏感程度的ISO2631标准,现已得到广泛应用。借助安卓手机内置各类传感器,设计了ISO2631标准的数字滤波器,开发了基于安卓系统的轨道车辆ISO2631舒适度指标测量仪应用软件。该软件具有数据采集与处理、数据实时显示、数据选择性存储等功能。测试结果显示,该测量仪的测量偏差基本在15%以内,可实现对车辆舒适度的简单评估,且具有便携、通用的特点。
Vibration comfort is one of the important indexes to evaluate the running quality of vehicles.ISO 2631 standard, which is used to evaluate the sensitivity of human body to vibration frequency, has been widely used.With the help of all kinds of sensors embedded in Android phones, this article designed the digital filter of ISO2631 standard, and developed the application software of ISO2631 comfort meter for rail vehicle based on Android System. The software has the functions of data acquisition and processing, data real-time display, data selective storage. The program test results show that the measurement deviation of the meter is less than 15%, which can implement the simple evaluation of vehicle comfort, and has the characteristics of portable and universal.
