高寒地区冬期预制梁施工技术探讨

Application of prefabricated beam construction technology in alpine-cold region

冬期施工已不乏其例,但国内在高寒地区进行预制梁冬期施工的成功案例比较少。通过对青海省德令哈制梁场冬期制梁施工的总结,研究原材料、混凝土搅拌、混凝土灌注、梁体养护的加热和保温措施,提出了后期配套措施的保温等问题,获得了一套在高寒地区现场预制梁的冬期施工技术。

There are many cases of winter construction,but there are not many successful cases of winter construction of prefabricated beams in alpine-cold region. Based on the summary of the winter beam-making construction in Delingha Beam-making Works,this paper studies the heating and heat preservation measures of raw materials,concrete mixing,concrete pouring and beam body maintenance,puts forward the heat preservation problems of the later supporting measures,and obtains a set of winter construction technology of field prefabricated beams in alpine-cold region.
