“七化”特色疼痛干预应用于全膝关节置换术患者中的康复效果分析

Effect Analysis of “Qihua” Characteristic Pain Nursing in Patients with Total Knee Arthroplasty

目的:研究“七化”特色疼痛干预应用于全膝关节置换术患者中的康复效果。方法:选取南通市第一人民医院2016年1月—2017年3月收治的采用常规干预的人工全膝关节置换术患者45例作为对照组,另选取2017年4月—2018年7月收治的采用“七化”特色疼痛干预的人工全膝关节置换术患者45例作为观察组。对比两组膝关节疼痛度、功能评分及术后恢复情况、并发症发生率。结果:观察组术后1天膝关节疼痛度低于对照组,观察组术后1个月、3个月HSS评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后首次下床时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组静脉血栓及膝关节僵硬发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:“七化”特色疼痛干预应用于全膝关节置换术患者可有效改善其膝关节功能,促进术后恢复,同时降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of“Qihua”characteristic pain nursing in patients with total knee arthroplasty.Methods A total of 45 patients with total knee arthroplasty(TKA)who received routine nursing from January 2016 to March 2017 in Nantong First People’s Hospital were selected as control group,and 45 patients with TKA who received“Qihua”pain nursing from April 2017 to July 2018 were selected as observation group.The knee joint pain degree,functional score,postoperative recovery and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The knee joint pain was lower in the observation group than that in the control group at 1 day after operation.The HSS scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 1 month and 3 months after operation(P<0.05).The time of bedtime and hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of VTE and knee stiffness in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion“Qihua”characteristic pain nursing for patients with TKA can effectively improve their knee function,promote postoperative recovery,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
