中国籍货船船员舱室通道宽度要求分析

Brief analysis on the requirement of passageway width of crew accommodation on Chinese flagged cargo ships

历年来我国船舶检验法规中船员舱室通道梯道宽度有关要求的不断修订,也对船旗国监督检查官提出较高要求,文中就相关法规要求进行了归纳梳理分析,并就其中存疑进行了解析。文中认为检查时不应局限于一时法规要求而下定论,应本着科学、发展的眼光看待问题,提高服务意识,助力航运业健康发展。

With the continuous amendments of the requirements on the width of seafarer’s cabin passage way in ship survey regulations of China,the requirements for flag state inspectors have also become higher.The paper makes a review on relevant regulations and probes into areas of doubt.The author believes that the inspection should not be limited by the regulations of a certain period of time.It suggests approaching relevant issues from a scientific and developing perspective and enhancing awareness of service,aiming at promoting the sound development of the shipping industry.
