随着我国葡萄酒产业的不断壮大,对酿酒葡萄规模化、标准化管理的要求日益提高,酿酒葡萄栽培降本提质是提高国产葡萄酒竞争力的重要举措。本文就君顶酒庄有限公司酿酒葡萄园全年核心管理项目和标准进行了归纳总结,并对酿酒葡萄园全年管理用工量及人工费进行了分析,旨在为我国酿酒葡萄园管理提供参考。

With the continuous growth of China's wine industry,the scale and standardization management requirements of wine grapes are increasing.The improvement of wine grape cultivation is an important measure to improve the competitiveness of domestic wine.This paper summarized the core management projects and standards of the wine vineyards of Junding Winery Co.,Ltd.,and analyzed the annual amount of labor and labor costs of the wine vineyards,aiming to provide reference for the management of wine vineyards in China.
