基于钻石模型的江苏省经济林竞争力研究

Study on the Competitiveness of Economic Forests in Jiangsu Province Based on Diamond Model

运用波特的"钻石"模型,对影响江苏经济林产业的六个因素:生产要素、需求条件、相关产业和支持产业、企业的战略,结构和竞争对手、机会和政府进行了分析,针对江苏省经济林产业各影响要素的关系及要素间的影响机制,提出了必须发挥知识资源、资本资源和基础设施等优势要素,升级相关产业、企业结构等不利要素;通过实施品牌化战略,发挥品牌对产业的引领作用;通过构建江苏省经济林产业集群,提高林业资源利用率和产业竞争力等提高产业竞争力的建议。

This paper analyzed six factors affecting Jiangsu Economic forest industry by using Diamond model, which included production factors, demand conditions, related industries and supporting industries,enterprises’ strategies, structures and competitors, opportunities and governments.It put forward a series of suggestions for improving the industrial competitiveness based on the relationship between the influencing factors of the economic forest industry in Jiangsu Province and the influencing mechanism between the factors. The suggestions includemaking use of advantages such as knowledge resources, capital resources, and infrastructure, upgrading disadvantaged elements such as related industries and corporate structures;implementing the branding strategy to give play to the leading role of the brand in the industry;and building forestry industry clusters in Jiangsu Province to improve the use of forestry resources rate.
