卡托普利治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察卡托普利治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床效果。方法:选取81例病毒性心肌炎患儿作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=41)和对照组(n=40)。对照组予常规方法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予卡托普利治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后心功能及心肌酶指标水平以及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为97.56%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);两组心脏射血分数(EF)、左心室短轴缩短率(FS)均高于治疗前,二尖瓣舒张早晚期血流速度峰值比值(A/E)低于治疗前,且观察组EF、FS水平高于对照组,A/E低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组肌酸激酶同工酶、心肌肌钙蛋白I、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:卡托普利用于小儿病毒性心肌炎的治疗,可提高临床疗效,改善心功能及心肌酶指标水平。 Objective: To analyze effects of Captopril in treatment of viral myocarditis in children. Methods: 81 children with viral myocarditis were selected as the research objects, and were divided into observation group(n=41) and control group(n=40) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional methods, while the observation group was treated with Captopril on the basis of that of the control group. The clinical efficacy, cardiac function and myocardial enzyme levels, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: After the treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 97.56%, which was higher than 77.50% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The cardiac ejection fractions(EF) and left ventricular fraction shortenings(FS) of the two groups after the treatment were higher than those before the treatment, and the ratio of early to late mitral valve flow velocity(A/E) was lower than that before the treatment;the levels of EF and FS were higher in the observation group than those in the control group, and A/E was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The levels of creatine kinase isoenzyme, cardiac troponin I, and aspartate aminotransferase in the two groups after the treatment were lower than those before the treatment, those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions: Captopril in the treatment of viral myocarditis in the children can significantly enhance the clinical efficacy, improve the cardiac function and myocardial enzyme levels.
