针对性护理对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者髋关节置换术疗效的影响

Effects of targeted nursing on hip replacement in elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures

目的:探究针对性护理对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者髋关节置换术疗效的影响。方法:选取80例接受髋关节置换术治疗的股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各40例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予针对性护理,比较两组患者髋关节功能、日常生活能力及并发症发生率。结果:研究组Harris优良率为87.50%,高于对照组的67.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的15.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理前ADL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组ADL评分均高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,针对性护理有利于患者髋关节置换术后恢复,且可降低并发症发生率。

Objective: To analyze effects of targeted nursing on hip replacement in elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methods: 80 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures, who underwent hip replacement, were selected as the research objects. They were divided into study group and control group by using the random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given the targeted nursing. The hip function, daily living ability, and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results: The excellent and good rate of Harris scale in the study group was 87.50%, which was higher than 67.50% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.50%, which was lower than 15.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the ADL score between the two groups before the nursing(P>0.05). However, the ADL scores of the two groups after the nursing were higher than those before the nursing, that of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: For the elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures, the targeted nursing can help the patients’ recover after the hip replacement and reduce the complication rate.
