摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌术后思维导图式健康教育的构建及临床应用效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年6月我院收治的乳腺癌患者89例为研究对象,按照随机数字表抽样法将其分为常规组44例和研究组45例。常规组采用传统健康教育,研究组采用思维导图式健康教育。比较两组患者干预前后的心理状况、疾病知识掌握程度及治疗遵从性。结果干预后,研究组SAS,SDS评分均低于常规组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组疾病知识掌握程度及治疗遵从性评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论将思维导图式健康教育应用于乳腺癌术后临床护理中,能够以更加清晰和简明的方式提高其对疾病知识掌握能力,改善其不良情绪,提高治疗配合遵从性,对促进疾病康复具有积极意义,值得推广。
Objective To explore the construction and clinical application effect of mind mapping health education after breast cancer surgery.Methods To select 89 cases of patients with breast cancer treated in our hospital from February 2018 to June 2019 as the study subjects,and they were divided into 44 cases in a routine group and 45 cases in a study group according to the random number table sampling method.The routine group used traditional health education,and the study group used mind-mapping health education.The psychological status,mastery degree of disease knowledge and treatment compliance of patients in the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the mastery degree of disease knowledge and treatment compliance score in the study group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying mind mapping health education to clinical nursing of patients with breast cancer could improve their master ability of disease knowledge,improve their negative emotions,improve compliance with treatment,and promote disease rehabilitation in a clearer and concise manner.It had a positive significance for promoting disease recovery.Therefore,it is worth promoting.
