Analysis of the status and influencing factors of sharp instrument injuries in staff of disinfection supply center

目的探讨消毒供应中心工作人员锐器伤现状及影响因素。方法选取我院2016年8月至2019年5月消毒供应中心80名工作人员作为研究对象,调查消毒供应中心工作人员锐器伤现状及影响因素。结果单因素分析显示,有无资格证书、对锐器伤态度、物品处置情况、锐器接触频率、环境情况、院内防护措施、锐器伤上报与否、工作人员是影响消毒供应中心工作人员发生锐器伤的相关因素(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,有资格证书、锐器伤后进行上报、认为锐器伤可避免、采取院内防护措施是消毒供应中心工作人员发生锐器伤的保护因素(P<0.05),而嘈杂的环境以及经常接触锐器是消毒供应中心工作人员发生锐器伤的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心工作人员发生锐器伤,与个人因素、环境因素均有关系,应加强相关知识培训,提高其防范意识与能力,相关部门必须给予重视。

Objective To explore the status and influencing factors of sharp instrument injuries in staff of disinfection supply center.Methods To select 80 staff members of the disinfection and supply center of our hospital from August 2016 to May 2019 as the study objects,and to investigate the status and influencing factors of sharp instrument injuries in the staff of the disinfection and supply center.Result Univariate analysis showed that whether there was a qualification certificate,attitude to sharp instrument injuries,situation of item disposal,frequency of contacting sharps instrument,environmental conditions,hospital protection measures,whether to report sharp instrument injuries,and the staff were the relevant factors influencing for occurrence of sharps instrument injuries in the staff of disinfection supply center(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the qualified certificate,report after sharp instrument injuries,thinking that sharp instrument injury can be avoided,taking in-hospital protective measures were protective factors for occurrence of sharp instrument injury of staff in disinfection supply center(P<0.05).However noisy environment and frequent contacting with sharps instrument were the independent risk factor for occurrence of sharps instrument injuries in the staff of disinfection supply center(P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of sharp instrument injuries in the staff of the disinfection supply center was related to personal factors and environmental factors.The relevant knowledge training should be strengthened to improve their awareness and ability to prevent,and relevant departments must pay attention to it.
