临床护理路径对永久性肠造口患者并发症与生活质量的影响

Effect of applying clinical nursing pathway for complications and quality of life in patients with permanent colostomy

目的探讨临床护理路径对永久性肠造口患者并发症与生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年5月我院收治的永久性肠造口患者216例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予临床护理路径干预,比较两组患者干预前后的健康知识掌握程度及生活质量评分,观察两组并发症发生率。结果实施临床护理路径干预后,观察组健康知识掌握程度高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能及社会功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径可提高永久性肠造口患者造口相关知识的认知和掌握能力以及自我护理能力,有效减少造口相关并发症发生率,提高患者与社会交往能力和术后生活质量,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To explore the effect of applying clinical nursing pathway for complications and quality of life in patients with permanent colostomy.Methods To select 216 cases of patients with permanent colostomy who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway intervention.The mastery of health knowledge and quality of life scores before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of complications was observed in the two groups.Results After the intervention,the mastery of health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the physical function,role function,cognitive function,emotional function and social function scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway could improve the cognition and mastery of colostomy-related knowledge and self-care ability of patients with permanent colostomy,effectively reduce the incidence of colostomy-related complications,and improve the ability of patients to interact with society and the quality of life after surgery,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
