集束化护理对宫颈癌化疗患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

Effect of applying cluster nursing for psychological status and quality of life of patients with cervical cancer chemotherapy

目的探讨集束化护理对宫颈癌化疗患者心理状况及生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2019年3月在我院接受治疗的宫颈癌化疗患者150例作为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施集束化护理,比较两组护理干预后的疼痛程度、心理状态及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组各个时间段的疼痛程度均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SDS,SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量的各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理能有效缓解宫颈癌化疗患者癌病疼痛,减轻焦虑情绪,改善心理状态,提高生活质量,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the effect of applying cluster nursing for psychological status and quality of life of patients with cervical cancer chemotherapy.Methods To select 150 cases of patients with cervical cancer chemotherapy who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given cluster nursing.The pain degree,psychological state and quality of life were compared between the two groups after nursing intervention.Results After the intervention,the pain degree of the observation group was lower than that of the control group in each time period(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The each dimension scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cluster nursing could effectively alleviate cancer pain,reduce anxiety,improve psychological status and quality of life of patients with cervical cancer chemotherapy.Therefore,it has clinical application value.
