摘要 目的建立大鼠体外膜氧合(ECMO)辅助下的心肺复苏(ECPR)模型。方法选取8只健康成年雄性SD大鼠,经尾动脉及右颈外静脉插管建立ECMO,窒息法致心脏骤停,随后ECMO辅助下对大鼠进行心肺复苏,转机1 h,监测呼吸、血流动力学及血气指标。结果成功在ECMO辅助下对窒息心脏骤停大鼠进行了心肺复苏,成功率87.5%,其呼吸、血流动力学稳定,血气结果良好,模型建立成功。结论该模型运行稳定,成本低廉,可用于研究ECPR相关器官保护。 Objective To establish an extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation( ECPR) model of rat. Methods Eight healthy male SD rats were involved in our study.The extracorporeal membrane oxygenation( ECMO) support was performed by tail artery and external jugular vein cannulation. Following hypoxic cardiac arrest,ECMO provided sufficient oxygenation to support the circulation and lasted for one hour. Respiratory rate,haemodynamic and blood gas parameters were monitored during the experiment. Results Seven of the eight rats completed the experiment successfully with a survival rate of 87.5%. The respiratory rate,haemodynamic and blood gas parameters were stable and the model performed well as a research tool of ECPR. Conclusion The rat model was cost-effective and well-functioning to study the organ protective effects of ECPR.
