利伐沙班在肿瘤患者深静脉导管相关血栓中应用效果的Meta分析

Meta-analysis for the effect of Rivaroxaban on thrombosis related central venous catheter for tumor patients

目的通过Meta分析,系统评价利伐沙班在肿瘤患者深静脉导管相关血栓中的应用效果。方法系统检索PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,OVID,Web of Science,中国知网、万方数据库、重庆维普、生物医学文献服务系统数据库中利伐沙班在肿瘤患者深静脉导管相关血栓中应用效果的随机对照试验或临床对照试验,由2名研究人员独立进行筛选文献并提取数据,然后采用Review Manager 5.3.5软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入4篇文献,Meta分析结果显示:与对照组相比,口服利伐沙班能更有效减少肿瘤患者深静脉导管相关血栓发生率[OR M-H=0.63,95%CI(0.42,0.95),P=0.03],差异具有统计学意义;两组的出血发生率差异无统计学意义[OR M-H=0.98,95%CI(0.57,1.69),P=0.98]。结论口服利伐沙班能有效降低肿瘤患者深静脉导管相关血栓发生率,且不会增加患者的出血发生率,有利于患者深静脉导管的维护。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Rivaroxaban on thrombosis related central venous catheter for tumor patients.Methods We searched PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,OVID,Web of Science,China National Knowledge iinfrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,database,VIP database(VIIP)and China Biology Medicine disc(CBM),and methodological quality of all included studies was assessed by 2 reviewers independently,and Review Manager 5.3.5 was used to carry out meta-analysis.Results 4 studies were included for systematic review.According to the meta-analysis,the rivaroxaban can effectively reduce the incidence of thrombosis related central venous catheter compared with the control group[OR M-H=0.63,95%CI(0.42,0.95),P=0.03],and the rate of bleeding is not significantly different[OR M-H=0.98,95%CI(0.57,1.69),P=0.98].Conclusions Oraling rivaroxaban can effectively improve thrombosis related deep venous catheter in tumor patients,and will not increase of bleding in patients,which is beneficial to the maintenance of deep venous catheter in patients.
