摘要 探讨了应用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定电子电气产品中四种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂(PAEs)的可行性。经研究,该方法精密度和准确度好、分离度好、检出限低,可应用于电子电气产品中RoHS指令、CP65、REACH中邻苯的定量测试及快速筛查;通过研究HPLC分析电器电子产品中PAEs的技术发展和工厂RoHS管控应用案例分析,证明HPLC在电子制造业RoHS管控领域具有广泛的应用前景。 The feasibility of using High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)determ-ine four kinds of phthalate plasticizer(PAEs)in electronic and electrical products was discus-sed.After study,the method has good precision and accuracy,good resolution and low detec-tion limit.It can be applied to the quantitative test and rapid screening of o-benzene in electr-onic and electrical products,such as RoHS,CP65 and REACH,the study on the development of PAEs in electrical and electronic products by HPLC and the application of RoHS in factory management prove that HPLC has a wide application prospect in the field of RoHS managem-ent in electronic manufacturing industry.
