摘要
“数字集成电路设计与验证”是一门微电子方向研究生重要的学科基础课,具有很强的工程实践性。如何让学生全面掌握整个数字集成电路设计流程及设计方法并具备分析和解决问题的能力是本课程教学的难点。本文提出了基于真实工程项目设计的案例式教学方法,开展了历时三年的教学改革研究与实践。研究数据表明该方法能显著提高学生的设计和分析能力,但对不同水平学生的受益程度存在差异。文章最后给出了进一步改进教学方法的几点建议。
The Design and Verification of Digital IC is a basic course for graduate students majoring in micro-electronics.How to make students understand entire design flow of digital ICs and be capable of analyzing and solving the problems occurred during the design process is the key point of the course.This paper focuses on the case-based teaching methodology,and introduces a three-year teaching practice of the course.It shows that the design capacity of students can greatly improved as a whole by adopting the case used in the real project in class.However,students at different levels benefit from the course in various degrees.At last,some suggestions have been provided for future research.
