摘要
本文针对全关状态下具有较大偏开运动趋势的导叶,从结构力学的角度,提出以导叶的偏开水力矩核算接力器压紧行程的方法。通过对比核算值与实际值,指出接力器压紧不可靠是造成该导叶漏水的重要原因,并提出基于力学核算的接力器压紧行程试验调整方法。实践表明,该方法对于减小导叶漏水具有良好的效果。
In this paper,a method of calculating the pressure stroke of the relay by the off-set hydraulic moment of the guide leaf is presented from the view of structural mechanics.By comparing the calculated value with the actual value,it is pointed out that the unreliability of the pressure of the relay is an important reason for the leakage of the guide leaf.The practice shows that this method has a good effect on reducing the leakage of guide leaf.
