摘要 针对某电厂300MW机组锅炉制粉系统煤粉细度偏粗、飞灰可燃物偏高等问题,通过对ZGM95N中速磨煤机进行粉量测试及分离器折向门挡板特性试验,得出了四根一次粉管煤粉粉量、磨煤机离心式分离器的挡板特性。调整后300 MW负荷下锅炉飞灰可燃物含量降低了0.57%,炉渣可燃物含量降低了0.38%,提高了锅炉运行经济性,其结果对锅炉的运行具有一定的指导意义。 Aiming at the problems of coarse coal fineness and high carbon content of fly ash in the boiler pulverizing system of a 300 MW unit,the ZGM95N medium-speed mill was tested for the distribution characteristics of powder and the characteristics of the separator.The distribution characteristics of pulverized powder in the four tubes and the characteristics of the coal mill separatorwere obtained.Under 300 MW load,the carbon content of boiler fly ash was reduced by 0.57%,and the carbon content of slag was reduced by 0.38%after adjustment.The boiler operation economy is improved,and the result has certain guiding significance for the boiler operation.
