摘要 本文研发了一种基于人体体征的带电作业安全预警系统,选取人体皮肤温度、人体心率、屏蔽服内环境温度、屏蔽服内环境湿度四个参数指标进行实时监测,制定了安全预警的指标和判断逻辑,并对系统装置进行功能性试验和高压电场试验研究。试验结果表明:该系统装置能够实现作业人员健康状态的实时监控和评估,并且具备500 kV及以下的抗强电场干扰能力,满足带电作业实际生产的作业环境要求。 The paper develops a safety early-warning system for live working based on human physical signs.Four parameters are selected for real-time monitoring,including skin temperature,heart rate,inner environment temperature and inner environment humidity.The index and judgment logic of safety early warning are established and the functional test and high voltage electric field test of the system are carried out.The test results show that the system can realize the real-time monitoring and evaluation of the health status of the operators,and has the ability to resist the strong electric field interference of 500 kV and below,which meets the requirements of the working environment for the actual production of live working.
