基于问题导向下的城市设计创新路径简析——以泉州市西华洋滞洪片区城市设计为例

Analysis of Urban design innovation paths based on problem-oriented——A Case of Urban Design of Xihuayang area in Quanzhou as Example

针对当前泉州动车站片区交通无序、站前形象缺失以及西华洋片区洪水内涝严重等诸多问题,为了有效改善片区的空间、品质、形象、环境和交通状况,本文从解决片区防洪排涝、推动区域产业发展、健全片区配套,树立生态环境品质、促进站前门户形象营造等问题出发,通过山水融城、产城融合、塑造形象和传承文化等四大创新路径,以筑廊营水景、产城一体化、湖城相辉映和旧物赋新能的规划措施,有效引导泉州北部门户空间营造,健全片区配套服务设施与生态环境品质,建设一个集北部门户、产城融合、宜居宜业宜游的品质新城,希望对城市新城片区开发中的空间规划、建设和运营有所启发和应用。

In order to effectively improve the space,quality,image,environment and traffic conditions of Quanzhou motor train station area,this paper starts from solving the problems of flood control and drainage,regional industrial development,improvement of regional supporting facilities,establishment of ecological environment quality,promotion of building the image of the front door of the station,etc.,through the four innovative paths of integrating landscape,industry and city,shaping image and inheriting culture,with the planning measures of building Langying Waterscape,integrating industry and city,reflecting lake and city,and endowing new energy with old things,we can effectively guide the construction of northern portal space in Quanzhou,improve supporting service facilities and ecological environment quality in the area,and build a product quality new city that integrates northern portal,industry and city,and is suitable for living,industry and tourism,hoping to inspire and apply the space planning,construction and operation in the development of urban new city area.
