摘要
为确保海峡文化艺术中心戏剧厅上部钢结构的施工方案安全可行,采用MIDAS/GEN有限元程序进行施工安装及卸载全过程分析。结果表明:在整个安装过程中,胎架的变形和应力均在合理范围内,卸载后结构各项指标也均满足规范要求,说明该结构施工方案合理、可行。建议对卸载过程主体结构的变形和应力进行监测,出现异常情况及时预警,确保卸载过程主体结构的安全。
In order to ensure the safety and feasibility of the construction scheme of the upper steel structure of the Theater Hall of the Straits culture and Art Center,the numerical simulation analysis of the construction process is carried out by using MIDAS/GEN software. The results show that the deformation and stress of the jig frame are within a reasonable range during the whole installation process,and all structural indexes after unloading also meet the requirements of the specification,which verifies the rationality and feasibility of the frame scheme. It is suggested to monitor the deformation and stress of the main structure in the unloading process,and give early warning in case of any abnormal situation,so as to ensure the safety of the main structure in the unloading process.
